Day 6 : 189 miles, destination Saint John, NB, Canada
Total miles: 840

Ah, poor Saint John. By the time I got to you all I wanted was a shower since I hadn't had one in four days, clean pajamas, and a real bed since I'd been sleeping on a camping mat (well, or in a car) for the past three nights.
I forced myself to look and see the "things to do in Saint John" and the most interesting thing that I came across was Reversing Falls, so I headed to check that out. Now, the time to be here is during low tide when there is some insanity in the tide change, but it's still pretty all day long.

I explored downtown a bit as well before heading to my AirBNB. I happened to be in town the day of their annual Full Moon festival and stumbled upon that. It gets into full swing at night, but there were plenty of vendors out during the day and the live music was great.
Sadly, that's all I have to say about Saint John though. It was really meant to be a bit of a recovery point between Acadia and Nova Scotia and that is really what it ended up being.
When I got to my AirBNB I showered and absolutely crashed. Sorry, Saint John. I am sure you're great. It's not you, it's me.

But the greatest accomplishment is...I made it to Canada!
This is where I'll be for the next 17 days!
